At Rise Love & Bloom, this journey began with a deep-rooted passion for creating unique and memorable gifts for my loved ones. It all started with a humble gift I made for my husband on our 1st wedding anniversary. Inspired by the desire to create a meaningful and enchanting present, I embarked on crafting the most magical explosion gift box he had ever seen.

This ignited a spark within me, leading to the founding of Rise, Love & Bloom. I realised that there was often a lack of the "perfect" card or gift that truly captured the essence of special moments. That's when the idea of the explosion gift box emerged—a delightful fusion of a card and a gift, a unique and captivating keepsake for our loved ones.

Just like a seedling, this flower is growing, with boundless love, care, and unwavering determination, it will bloom into something truly extraordinary. Our mission is to provide an unparalleled gifting experience that celebrates love, milestones, and cherished memories.

I'm Selina and the proud founder of Rise, Love & Bloom. Beyond being an entrepreneur, I am a wife to a wonderful and supportive husband, and together, we are blessed with two incredible children who bring endless joy to our lives.

By profession, I am a pharmacist, serving at one of the five largest NHS hospitals in the country. Amidst my roles as a mother, a healthcare professional, and a crafter, I've always sought to infuse creativity into every aspect of my life. Whether it's finding artistic expression in my work as a pharmacist or creating something special for a loved one, I believe that embracing creativity is the key to unlocking our true potential.

I firmly believe that we are all artists in our unique ways, and I have poured my heart and soul into bringing that artistic spirit to Rise Love & Bloom. It's my passion to create beautiful, handcrafted explosion gift boxes that celebrate life's most precious moments.

Our journey at Rise Love & Bloom began with creating explosion gift boxes and handmade cards for our loved ones. Sharing these unique creations, I realised the immense joy they brought to both the giver (me) and the recipient. Inspired by this heartfelt response, I delved into researching and experimenting with new techniques to elevate the quality and professionalism of our products.

From humble beginnings with scissors, pencils, and rulers, I have evolved to incorporate advanced tools such as craft knives, scoring pens, vinyl materials, a specialist cutting machine and a hot foil machine. Each step of the way, I have invested my time and dedication in perfecting this craft. With every gift box I create, I strive to refine my techniques, ensuring that my customers receive the highest level of craftsmanship and attention to detail.

The journey of this company mirrors the growth of my craft. As we continue to evolve and expand, so does my commitment to excellence. For us to resolve your query as quickly as possible, please provide as much information as you can when submitting your request, such as, order number, photos and videos, if applicable.

FAQ

You can place an order through our website in 2 ways:

• Place a direct order of any of our explosion gift boxes by clicking on the desired product.
  
• For multiple orders - whether it is for the same explosion gift box or different explosion gift boxes please email our team directly on sales@riseloveandbloom.com
  

As each explosion gift box is personalised for you, we humbly ask you to send us an email at info@riseloveandbloom.com giving us all the information required for us to complete your explosion gift box.

As soon as you have ordered you will see an order confirmation page with your order number, we'll then follow this up with an order confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. Sometimes this can go to your junk/spam/promotions folder, so it's worth checking there if you can't see it. We will update you the whole way through your order.

Once your order has been packed and ready to dispatch, we will email you to let you know your package is on its way.

If you have ordered an item but would like it to be delivered on a specific occasion please let our team know at info@riseloveandbloom.com. We will aim to fulfil this request to the best of our ability. However, please note each explosion gift box is handmade and therefore dispatch time can take up to 5 days from receiving all information to make your box.

All orders you place with Rise, Love & Bloom can be paid through PayPal.

Standard delivery

For Standard Delivery please allow 2-3 working days to receive your order, or 1-4 days for Northern Ireland, Highlands and Channel Islands. Please note: all orders will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days from when you have placed your order and upon us receiving all relevant information to create your personalised keepsake explosion gift box.

For larger orders, dispatch dates will be pre-arranged.

For any orders that you require an express delivery (within 1 working day from dispatch) please email our team at info@riseloveandbloom.com, an additional charge for delivery will be required to fulfil this order.

NOTE: DURING BUSY TIME PERIODS SUCH AS PUBLIC AND FESTIVE HOLIDAYS, DISPATCH AND DELIVERY TIMES MAY VARY.

We are a UK based business so orders for the European Union and Rest of the World will incur extra charges, import duty and local sales taxes. Please email our team at info@riseloveandbloom.com for a quote on the additional charge prior to purchasing one of our explosion gift boxes

Please note:

• The recipients (not the sender) will need to pay any extra charges on receipt of the shipment - Rise, Love & Bloom does not provide details, calculate or provide methods for these payments and they can't be pre-paid
  
• Extra charges may begin once an order has been shipped from the UK
  
• Costs should be checked prior to placing your order
  
• Rules vary by country and your local government determines duty and customs charges, not Rise, Love & Bloom
  

Where a design proof has been created for you we reserve the right to charge up to 50% of the value of the order if you wish to cancel before production goes ahead.

For many items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. This does not apply to certain items that we have made/ manufactured, personalised or customised specifically for you. It does not apply to perishable goods. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by contacting us at enquiries@riseloveandbloom.com. This must be before the item(s) have begun their production.

Where goods have already been produced and delivered, the goods must be returned to us in accordance with the ‚Returns and exchange’ section below.

f you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalised goods, simply return them to us at any time within 14 working days of receipt. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. unfortunately we are unable to refund postage costs on unwanted non-personalised items.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel back to using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in the post. Your rights to return the goods to us will not apply in the following circumstances:

-Any products that we have made, personalised or customised specifically for you

-Where, in our opinion, you have not taken reasonable care of goods whilst in your possession and have not been returned with the original packaging.

-If you have made a spelling mistake on your order and it has been sent for production.

- You have disposed of the item you have an issue with.

- A perishable item that has been consumed/disposed of.

If you return an item because of an error on our part, or because it is defective, we will happily refund the full value of the item or send out a replacement free of charge. You can contact us on info@riseloveandbloom.com for a freepost returns label. We will request a photo to show the damage/ issue before a label is issued.

The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which you received it within 30 days of delivery. By the very individual nature of personalised products, they cannot be re-sold, and therefore we cannot accept returns if you have a change of mind.

We regret that postage and packing costs for unwanted items cannot be refunded after 7 working days from when the order was delivered.

Please note: You have a duty to return the item to us and the cost of doing so is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty or does not comply with the contract. The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to us, unless sent via special delivery. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact our team at enquiries@riseloveandbloom.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

We take great care to ensure that all product details, prices and images are correct on the website. Whilst all reasonable efforts have been made to portray our product(s) accurately, variations may occur and we cannot guarantee that any given image will reflect the full design options related to that product. All measurements are approximate and product colour(s) can differ slightly from those displayed on your computer screen. In addition, due to the personalised nature of many of our product(s), variations may occur when we make them (for example the amount of personalised text or size of text on a product).
